Achraf Hakimi indicted for rape !!

Paris Saint-Germain and Morocco defender Achraf Hakimi was indicted Thursday, December 3 for rape. The 24-year-old woman, at the origin of the accusations, has still not filed a complaint !!

The facts date back to last weekend. A 24-year-old woman went to the Val-de-Marne police station to denounce a rape. A visit which would have followed that of the young woman at the defender of Paris Saint-Germain, Achraf Hakimi !! 

He has since been heard by investigators last Thursday. He was then indicted and then placed under judicial supervision by the Nanterre court. A procedure that prevents him from getting in touch with the young woman !! 

The young woman was heard Wednesday by the investigators. According to her testimony, she would have met the player on Instagram a few weeks earlier. After exchanges by messages, she would have gone there on the night of Saturday February 25, in a private driver paid by Achraf Hakimi !! 

On the spot, events accelerated. She claims that Achraf Hakimi kissed her and touched her without her consent. She also accuses the athlete of having forced her into digital penetration – an act considered to be rape. So she would have pushed him away. Then a friend contacted by SMS would have come to pick her up, an hour after her arrival !! 

According to the newspaper l'Équipe, the investigators base themselves on the telephone exchanges between the player and the young woman. She reportedly gave investigators screenshots of the Instagram chats. Images taken before his account was deleted. The text messages exchanged between the accuser and her friend who came to pick her up would also be studied !! 

Achraf Hakimi "strongly denies" the accusations. For his lawyer Me Fanny Colin this indictment "finally offers him the possibility of defending himself". And to add that his client has "been the subject of an attempted racketeering" in this case. In response, the young woman's lawyer, Me Rachel-Flore Pardo, declared that she would not tolerate "any campaign of denigration or destabilization" to the detriment of her client !! 

For its part, PSG announced that it would "support" the player and "trust justice". Asked about the case at a press conference, Christophe Galtier remains pragmatic, "the objective is for him to be available for the match against Bayern", in the knockout stages of the Champions League !! 

While waiting for light to be shed on this affair, the former Inter Milan player displays a foolproof relaxation. He was present at the FIFA The Best ceremony, and in training, it was the smile that predominated on his face. And according to information from the Team, this behavior does not go unnoticed internally !! 

Indeed, the newspaper explains that members of the club are surprised at such relaxation in the face of the seriousness of the charges and the potential legal consequences that he incurs. Five days before their round of 16 comeback against Bayern Munich, PSG are once again in a more than special climate for the meeting that will dictate the rest of their season !!
